The organization has received a National Award from Ministry of Social Justice & Empowerment, Government of India for its contribution in the field of disability rehabilitation. The award was presented by then President of India Dr. A.P.J. Abdul Kalam on 3rd December, 2003. 
On the same date the organization also received a State Award from Government of Uttar Pradesh to recognize the contribution of Integrated Institute for the Disabled for empowerment of persons with disabilities.
